Sometime I am going to learn intervals so well I am going to recognize them either ascending or descending.  During the past, I didn’t practice this stuff as I did not recognize how critical it is.  Today, I plan to coach hard until I master it and can do it with my eyes closed and in my sleep.  I’m ambitious!
